in NO AIDS Taskforce's "Food for Friends"
community based meals on wheels program.
People Of Substance would delivers nutritionally
balanced hot meals for HIV positive individuals to
eat for lunch and dinner. "Contact with volunteers
can help to lessen feelings of isolation, and is a
way to make sure they are ok."

This program will focus on finding effective and
practical ways to reduce the spread of the HIV
virus. Two ways in which we will attempt to increase
the prevention rate for the transmission of the HIV
virus is through education and a condom
distribution program. This program will also seek
ways to disseminate research findings to benefit
the public at large, and will also provide assistance
to various area HIV/AIDS patient hospice homes.
